This tool is illustrative, not a real card-network algorithm. EMV 3DS leaves CAVV generation issuer/network-proprietary and undisclosed — there is no public specification and no test vector to verify against, unlike the PIN block, CVV, and ARQC tools on this site. What follows is a representative construction (a 3DES-MAC over the same kind of fields a real CAVV would cover) built to show the shape of the problem, not Visa's or Mastercard's actual method.
